Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and mine, please read the following carefully before booking:
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service. If your deposit is not sent and paid within 48 hours of creating or requesting your appointment it will be cancelled and you will not have an appointment. You will also be banned from booking future appointments. If you would like to be unbanned you must pay a 20$ unbanning fee.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, do not show up, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited. You will be charged 25% of your service.
• You are allowed one (1) reschedule with proper 24-hour notice.
If you cancel again, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
• If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a future booking.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full payment upfront to book future appointments.
